2. Description of the Service
The Service Provider offers ceramic workshops, which can be booked through the website. Participation in the workshops takes place in person at the following address:
1067 Budapest, Eötvös utca 34. basement.
3. Formation of the Contract
The contract between the Customer and the Service Provider is established when the Customer successfully books online and pays the workshop fee. The booking is confirmed via email by the system.
4. Payment Terms
Participation fees are payable exclusively online in advance via the following methods:
Credit/debit card
Google Pay
Apple Pay
An electronic invoice will be issued to the Customer upon payment.
5. Cancellation and Modification
The booking may be canceled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the workshop begins.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show, the participation fee is non-refundable.
6. Liability
Participation in the workshops is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by or to participants.
7. Complaint Handling
Complaints can be submitted via email or phone. The Service Provider will investigate and respond to the complaint within 25 days.

8. Data Protection
The personal data of Customers is handled in accordance with applicable laws, as detailed in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
9. Miscellaneous
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions.
Modifications shall take effect upon publication and shall not affect contracts already concluded.
Hungarian law shall apply to the contract.
